Creating Backups in Managed WordPress and WooCommerce Portal

    We will automatically backup your live site daily and store the last 30 days automatically. Even though your site will be backed up automatically, you have the option to manually create a backup of your site at any time. Any backup can be downloaded from your Managed WordPress or WooCommercePortal and onto your local drive, giving you the ability to securely store a backup offline to restore your site.


    Backups are run for live sites, developer sites, and staging sites. You can also create a manual backup on your staging sites.

    1. Log into your Managed WordPress or WooCommerce Portal.
    2. Click Plan.
    3. Locate your desired plan, then either click its name, or click the menu toggle followed by Plan Dashboard
    4. From the main menu, click Backups
    5. Click Create Backup.
      Click Create Backup to confirm.
