How to send secure data to Nexcess support

    How to send securely send sensitive data to our support team from your Client Portal.

    What you need

    • Your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on your Client Portal login page or contact our 24/7 support team.

    • An open ticket with our support team, who recently asked you to share secure data.

    1. Log in to your Client Portal.

    2. Click on the support tab to view the tickets. 

    3. Locate the ticket, then click the ticket number.  

    4. In the Shared Password section enter the password or data you wish to share and then click on the Create New button. 

    5. To delete this secure data, open the ticket, then the X next to the shared data to be deleted.
