How to view your credit balance and history

    How to use your Client Portal to view any current and past credits applied to your account.

    But first...

    You need your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Reset Password on the Client Portal login menu or contact  our support team.


    1. Log in to your Client Portal.

    2. From the dashboard, select Billing > Credits.
    1. You will now see your credit history details, including amount, date of issuance, and status. See How to pay invoices with account credit for more information.
